    The Transportation Committee recommends H.B. 82, DRIVING BY MINORS AMENDMENTS, by Representative C. Frank, be replaced with 1st Sub. H.B. 82, DRIVING BY MINORS AMENDMENTS, with the following amendments, and has returned it to the Rules Committee without recommendation.

1.    Page 3, Lines 73 through 74 :    

             73          (b)

  (i) with one passenger who is not an immediate family member in the vehicle; and

    (ii)  
for the driver's employment, including the trip to and from the driver's residence

             74      and the driver's employment;

2.    Page 3, Lines 75 through 77 :    

             75          (c)
  (i) with one passenger who is not an immediate family member in the vehicle;

with the written dated consent of the driver's and passenger's parent or guardian        ; and
