    The Government Operations Committee has returned H.B. 109, MUNICIPAL VOTING REQUIREMENT FOR SALE OF PUBLIC LAND, by Representative N. Hansen, to the Rules Committee without recommendation with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 13 :    

             13          .    requires
