    The Revenue and Taxation Committee recommends H.B. 111, PERSONAL PROPERTY - CERTIFIED TAX RATE AMENDMENTS, by Representative J. Dougall, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 111, PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX AMENDMENTS with the following amendments:

1.    Page 25, Lines 758 through 759 :    

             758          (b) For purposes of Subsection (1)(a)(iii), the total aggregate fair market value does not
             759      include items exempt under Subsections (1)(a)

  (i)       or      {   (1)(b)   }        (ii)       .
