    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 112, UTAH COUNCIL ON VICTIMS OF CRIME, by Representative S. Wyatt, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 12:    After "creates a" delete "26" and insert "24"

2.    Page 3, Line 64:    After "composed of" delete "26" and insert "24"

3.    Page 3, Lines 84 and 85:    Delete lines 84 and 85 and renumber remaining sections         accordingly
