    The Revenue and Taxation Committee recommends H.B. 122, CLEAN AIR AND EFFICIENT VEHICLE TAX CREDIT, by Representative R. McGee, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 4th Sub. H.B. 122, CLEAN AIR AND EFFICIENT VEHICLE TAX CREDIT with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Line 2:    Delete "CREDIT" and insert "INCENTIVES"
2.    Page 7, Line 199:    After "January 1," bracket "2001" and insert "2008"
3.    Page 11, Line 306:    After "January 1," bracket "2001" and insert "2008"
