The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 131, DOCUMENT
FRAUD, by Representative K. Morgan, with the following amendments:

. provides that the Office of the Attorney General may bring a civil action
on behalf

of the Department of Workforce Services

against an individual who makes or

provides a fraudulent document to unlawfully establish legal status; and
2. Page 2, Lines 42 through 44

less than $50,000 recoverable, with attorney fees and costs, in a civil action that may be

brought by the Office of the Attorney General
on behalf of the Department of Workforce
