Mr. Speaker:

    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 132, REGISTRATION AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS FOR PESTICIDE BUSINESSES AND APPLICATORS, by Representative J. Draxler, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 5, Lines 124 through 126 :    

             124          (23)

  (a)       "Pesticide applicator business" means an entity that:

             125          
{   (a)   }        (i)       is authorized to do business in this state; and

             126          
{   (b)   }        (ii)       offers pesticide application services.

    
  (b)    "Pesticide applicator business" does not include an individual licensed agricultural applicator who may work for hire.
