    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 145, FARMERS MARKET EXEMPTIONS, by Representative R. Menlove, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Lines 59 through 60 :    

             59          (5) "Farmers market" means a

{   public   } market where producers of food products sell

             60      only fresh, raw, whole, unprocessed, and unprepared food items directly to the
