Mr. Speaker:

    The Revenue and Taxation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 146, COUNTY TAX SALES OF PROPERTY, by Representative M. Morley, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Lines 36 through 37 :    

             36          (b) "Tax sale property" means a parcel of real property that was sold

{   in whole or   } in part        as an undivided interest      

             37      at a tax sale in accordance with Section 59-2-1351.1 .

2.    Page 2, Lines 42 through 44 :    

             42          (b) the tax sale interest purchaser's pro rata share of the sale price of the tax sale
             43      property based on the percentage of the
{   individual   }        undivided       interest the tax sale interest purchaser holds

             44      in the tax sale property.
