    The Business and Labor Committee has returned H.B. 152, SMALL BUSINESS HEALTH PLAN TASK FORCE, by Representative S. Mascaro, to the Rules Committee without recommendation with the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Lines 67 through 68 :    

             67          (h) the Utah Comprehensive Health Insurance Pool;

  (i) associations that represent health insurers;

    (j) associations that represent health underwriters; and
