    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 241, APPROPRIATION FOR TERREL H. BELL PROGRAM, by Representative R. Menlove, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 20 through 22 :    

             20          This bill appropriates:
             21          .    as on ongoing appropriation subject to future budget constraints, $692,300 from the

  Education       Fund for fiscal year 2007-08 to the State Board of Regents.


2.    Page 2, Lines 30 through 32 :

{   Uniform School   }        Education       Fund for fiscal year 2007-08, $692,300 to the State

             32      Board of Regents for the Terrel H. Bell Teaching Incentive Loans Program.
