RETURNED TO RULES COMMITTEE

February 21, 2007

Mr. Speaker:

    The Business and Labor Committee has returned H.B. 332, MOBILE HOME OWNERS' RIGHTS, by Representative P. Riesen, to the Rules Committee without recommendation with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 15 through 16 :    

             15      a change in land use of the mobile home park;

{   and   }

    
  allows the donation of money to the fund to offset relocation expenses paid to mobile home owners; and      

             16          .    makes technical changes.

2.    Page 3, Line 64 :    

             64      obligation held by the fund.
  (3)(a)    The executive director may accept monies donated to offset relocation expenses paid under Subsection (1)(f) from any person with an interest in the mobile home park.

(b)    A person donating monies under Subsection (3)(a) may claim any applicable deduction from income for federal and state tax purposes.
