Mr. Speaker:

    The Health and Human Services Committee recommends H.B. 358, CERVICAL CANCER PREVENTION, by Representative K. Morgan, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 2nd Sub. H.B. 358, CERVICAL CANCER PREVENTION with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 22 through 24 :    

             22          .    directs the Department of Health to establish a public awareness campaign to
             23      educate parents, healthcare providers, and women

{   between the ages of 19 and 26   }

             24      about the causes and risks of cervical cancer and the prevention of cervical cancer.

2.    Page 2, Lines 38 through 40 :    

             38          The department shall create a public awareness campaign to educate parents, health
             39      care providers, and women
{   between the ages of 19 and 26   } about the causes and risk factors

             40      associated with cervical cancer and the prevention of cervical cancer.
