    The Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee reports a favorable recommendation on 2nd Sub. H.B. 437, LIMITATION ON GOVERNMENT BENEFITS TO ALIENS UNLAWFULLY PRESENT IN THE UNITED STATES, by Representative C. Herrod, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Line 78 :    

             78          (i) the exceptions listed in 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1621(b);

{   or   }


2.    Page 3, Line 80 :    

             80      periods described in Subsections 53B-8-106 (1)(c) and (5)
{   .   }        ; or

    (iii) compensation to be received by an employee, worker, or operative under Chapter 2, Workers' Compensation Act, or Chapter 3, Utah Occupational Disease Act, of Title 34A, Utah Labor Code.
