    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 70, UTAH VALLEY UNIVERSITY INSTITUTIONAL NAME CHANGE, by Senator J. Valentine, et al, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 23 :    

             23          .    changes the name of Utah Valley State College to Utah Valley University

  effective on July 1, 2008       ;


2.    Page 6, Line 155 :    

             155          (1) Beginning July 1,
{   2007   }        2008       , Utah Valley State College shall be known as Utah Valley
