    The Joint Conference Committee comprised of Sens. Davis, Bramble, and Stephenson, and Reps. Dee, Hughes, and Shurtliff, recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 170, DISTRIBUTION OF LOCAL SALES AND USE TAX REVENUES, by Senator G. Davis, et al, with the following amendments:

1.    Include the House amendments on Page 1 of the Lilac copy dated 02-21-2007.

2.    Include the Senate amendments on Page 3 of the Goldenrod copy dated 02-13-2007.
