    With committee review the Health and Human Services Committee deleted S.J.R. 4, RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RIGHT TO HEALTH CARE, by Senator S. McCoy, and replaced it with 1st Sub. S.J.R. 4, RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RIGHT TO HEALTH CARE, with the following amendments and has returned it to the Rules Committee :
