Mr. President:

    The Business and Labor Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.R. 1, SENATE RULES RESOLUTION - OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE REVIEW COMMITTEE SUMMARY REPORT, by Senator S. Jenkins, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Line 89 through Page 4, Line 90 :    

             89          This resolution takes effect

{   upon   }        on April 30, 2007 if:

(1)  
     {   approval   }        approved       by a constitutional majority vote of all

             90      members of the Senate
{   .   }        ; and

(2) H.B. 54, Occupational and Professional Licensure Review Committee, takes effect.
