Rep. Donnelson called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Bowman moved to approve the minutes of the February 13, 2007 meeting.
        The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Fowlke, Rep. Hutchings, Rep. Mathis and Rep. Oda absent for the vote.

S.B. 60    Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds (Sen. L. Hillyard)

Sen. Hillyard explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Bowman moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Hutchings and Rep. Mathis absent for the vote.
