MOTION: Rep. Hendrickson moved to approve the minutes of the February 7, 2007 meeting.
The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Painter absent for the vote.
H.B. 424 Definition of Agri-tourism (Rep. M. Morley)
Rep. Morley explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Gibson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed
unanimously with Rep. Painter absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Gibson moved to place the bill on the consent calendar. The motion passed
unanimously with Rep. Painter absent for the vote.
H.B. 370 Severance Tax Revisions (Rep. J. Mathis)
Rep. Mathis explained the bill to the committee.
Spoke against the bill: Lee Peacock, Utah Petroleum Association
MOTION: Rep. Gibson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Rep.
Wheeler voting in opposition
MOTION: Rep. Hendrickson moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed
unanimously.
