Rep. Gibson called the meeting to order at 4:07 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Wheeler moved to approve the minutes of the February 14, 2007 meeting.
The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Donnelson absent for the vote.
S.B. 188 Wildlife Resources Conservation Easement Restricted Account (Sen. D.
Stowell) (Rep. J. Gowans)
Sen. Stowell explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Painter moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed
unanimously with Rep. Donnelson absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Painter moved to place the bill on the consent calendar. The motion passed
unanimously with Rep. Donnelson absent for the vote.
H.B. 140 Safe Drinking Water Amendments (Rep. S. Andersen)

MOTION: Rep. Andersen moved to delete in title and body H.B. 140 and replace it with 1st
Sub. H.B. 140. The motion passed unanimously.

with Rep. Barrus and Rep. Duckworth voting in opposition.
MOTION: Rep. Riesen moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously
