Rep. Noel called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Brown moved to approve the minutes of January 30, 2007. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 156    Public Service Commission - Equipment Distribution Program (Sen. B. Goodfellow)

Sen. Goodfellow explained the bill with the assistance of Julie Orchard, Administrator, Public Service Commission.

MOTION:    Rep. Wheeler moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Brown moved to place S.B. 156 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Bird moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Noel adjourned the meeting at 9:20 a.m.
