     Rep. Dougall called the meeting to order at 12:10 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Harper moved to approve the minutes of the January 31, 2007 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Clark absent for the vote.

1.    H.B. 337    Local Government Post-employment Benefit Trust Funds Amendments (Rep. K. Grover)

    Rep. Tilton and Rep. Grover explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Harper moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Clark absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Last moved to place H.B. 337 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Morgan moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously and the Chair adjourned the meeting at 12:15 p.m.
