Committee Chair Knudson called the meeting to order at 8:10 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Buttars moved to approve the minutes of the Feb. 12, 2007 meeting.
The motion passed unanimously.
1. H.J.R. 7 Resolution Urging United States Withdrawal from Security and
Prosperity Partnership of North America (S. Sandstrom)
At the Sponsor's request, the bill was not heard.
2. H.B. 129S1 Land Use Provisions (M. Morley)
Rep. Morley explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Buttars moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar.
