Representative Lorie D. Fowlke proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 4, Lines 114 through 116 :    

             114          (7) If a parent fails to cooperate in good faith
  , as defined in the Utah Rules of Court-Annexed Alternative Dispute Resolution,       in mediation or services to facilitate

             115      parent-time, a court may order, in subsequent proceedings, a temporary change in custody or
             116      parent-time
  based upon the best interests of the child       .
