Representative Curtis Oda proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 22 through 23 :    

             22      Other Special Clauses:
             23          
{   None   }        This bill takes effect on July 1, 2007.      


2.    Page 2, Lines 40 through 41 :    

             40          (5) The division
{   may   }        shall       use the fees collected under Subsections (1), (2), (3), and (4) as a

             41      dedicated credit to cover the costs of issuing concealed weapons permits under this part.

3.    Page 2, Line 48 :    

             48      section.
  Section 2. Effective date.

    This bill takes effect on July 1, 2007.
