    Senate 2nd Reading Amendments
    2-26-2007 :    

             41b      S.     (b) All revenue collected from the fees identified in Subsections (1), (2), (3), and (4) in
             41c      excess of the amount necessary to cover the cost of issuing concealed firearm permits under
             41d      this part shall be
{   deposited in the state treasury and credited to the General Fund   }        retained by the Bureau of Criminal Identification to help fund any other costs incurred by the bureau, but only for the fiscal year 2007-08       . .S
