MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE ARBITRATION AMENDMENTS

Senator Michael G. Waddoups proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 10 through 11
    House Floor Amendments
    1-30-2007 :

             10          This bill modifies the Insurance Code by amending provisions relating to arbitration for
             11      third party motor vehicle accident

bodily injury claims.
