Representative Patrick Painter proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 7, Lines 191 through 194 :    

             191          (1) The notice of sale required by Section 16-4-302 shall be:
             192          (a) personally served on each shareholder
  whose share is subject to sale       ; or

             193          (b) sent by
{   first-class   }        certified       mail        , return-receipt requested,       to each shareholder        whose share is subject to sale,       at the address shown on the

             194      corporation's records.
