Senator Ed Mayne proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 15
    House Committee Amendments
    1-22-2007 :    

             15      A misdemeanor to a third degree felony
  ;

    .     provides that the section amended in this bill does not affect the exercise of constitutional rights, including the right of free speech and the right of assembly  
; and


2.    Page 2, Line 39
    House Committee Amendments
    1-22-2007 :    

             39      and makes specific findings concerning the disposition in writing or on the record.
  (5) This section does not affect or limit any individual's constitutional right to the lawful expression of free speech, the right of assembly, or any other recognized rights secured by the Constitution or laws of the state or by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
