Representative David Litvack proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 31, Line 1135:    Delete "7,941,900" and insert "15,882,300"

2.    Page 31, Line 1136:    Delete "500" and insert "2,000,500"

3.    Page 31, Line 1138:    Delete "9,942,400" and insert "19,882,800"

4.    Page 31, Line 1138:    After line 1138 insert:
        "It is the intent of the Legislature that the $2,000,000 in additional one-time General Fund Restricted - Tobacco Settlement Account and the matching Federal Funds appropriated to the Children's Health Insurance Program be used to expand the program enrollment."
