Senator Howard A. Stephenson proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 22 :
22 . modifies reporting requirements regarding U-PASS test results;

2. Page 1, Line 24 :
24 students to pass the Utah Basic Skills Competency Test

. requires the State Board of Education to consider administering the Utah Basic Skills Competency Test on a Saturday to preserve instructional time.
3. Page 5, Line 121 :
121 on the student's transcript of credits.
(4) The State Board of Education shall consider administering the basic skills competency test on a Saturday to preserve instructional time.
