In addition to the appropriation in Section 53A-17a-104 in this bill, as an ongoing appropriation subject to future budget constraints, there is appropriated from the Uniform School Fund for fiscal year 2007-08, $30,000,000 to the State Board of Education for class size reduction to be used in accordance with the provisions in Section 53A-17a-124.5.
