Senator Ed Mayne proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 14, Line 406 :

  (1)       There is appropriated from the Uniform School Fund for fiscal year 2007-08 only,


2.    Page 14, Line 409 :    

             409      53A-1-708 .
 

    (2) The State Board of Education shall retain $350,000 of the amount provided in Subsection (1) to expand online test delivery, analysis, and reporting programs of the Career and Technical Education section of the Utah State Office of Education.
    (3) The State Board of Education shall make a report to the Public Education Appropriations Subcommittee by November 30, 2007 that details progress on implementing online testing programs, including cost per test,
