Representative Lorie D. Fowlke proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 16 :    

             16      of age or younger as an aggravating factor
  and clarifies that this provision does not affect any other provision regarding judicial discretion       ; and


2.    Page 2, Line 44
    House Committee Amendments
    1-25-2007 :    

             44      of Utah or by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
  (5) This section does not affect or restrict the exercise of judicial discretion under any other provision of Utah law.
