         UTAH DAIRY ACT AMENDMENTS

Senator Gene Davis proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 14 through 16 :    

             14          .    prohibits cow-share programs;
{   and   }

             15          .    allows a producer to sell raw milk at a self-owned retail store if certain requirements
             16      are met
{   .   }        ; and

    . repeals the sections allowing a producer to sell raw milk at a retail store in three years.

             263          (b) The provisions of this section may not be severed.
 

Section 3. Section 63-55-204 is enacted to read:
63-55-204. Repeal dates, Title 4.
Subsections 4-3-14(1), (3), (4), (5), (7), and (8) are repealed December 31, 2010.
