Senator Ross I. Romero proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 14 :    

             14          .    restricts locations where offenders convicted of specified sex offenses
  and who have not successfully completed probation or parole       may be, with

    2-27-2007 :    

             98          [(b)] (c) .H "Sex offender" means an adult or juvenile
  who is a sex offender:

(i)

             100      a person younger than 18 years of age
  ; and

(ii) who has not successfully completed probation or parole, as determined by the court or the Board of Pardons, for the offense under Subsection (1)(c)(i)
