Representative Kerry Gibson proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 20, Line 751:    After line 751 insert: "Item 95A To the Department of Human Services - Division of Services for People with Disabilities
        From General Fund, One-time$475,000
        Schedule of Programs:
        MR/RC Waiver Services$475,000
        It is the intent of the Legislature that $475,000 in General Funds, One-time appropriated to this item are to be used for the Disabilities Waiting List."

2.    Page 25, Line 936:    Delete "700,000" and insert "225,000"

3.    Page 25, Line 939:    Delete "475,000"
