Senator Wayne L. Niederhauser proposes the following amendments:

36-27-201. Executive Appropriations Committee to evaluate the committee
The Legislature's Executive Appropriations Committee shall, by December 15, 2012, evaluate the effectiveness of the Zero Base Budget Review Committee to determine whether or not the committee should continue to function.
