Senator Michael G. Waddoups proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Lines 43 through 48 :    

             43          (b) The notice required by this Subsection (2):
             44          (i) may be combined with the notice of charity care required by the Hill-Burton Act, 42
             45      C.F.R. Part 142;
             46          (ii) shall include
  either:

    (A)  
the names and locations of the clinics and hospitals owned or operated

             47      by the nonprofit health care provider that provide charity care within the same service area and
             48      county as the reporting facility
  ; or

    (B) information about literature or a website that contains the information required by Subsection (2)(b)(ii)(A)  
; and
