Senator Gene Davis proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 24
    Senate Committee Amendments
    2-5-2007 :    

             24      possession of animals for a specified period;

  provides an exemption regarding torture if the animals are used for agricultural purposes;      


2.    Page 2, Lines 52 through 54 :    

             52          (A)(I) animals
