1.    Page 6, Lines 172 through 176 :    

             172          (b) "Lobbyist" does not include:
             173          [(i) a public official while acting in his official capacity on matters pertaining to his
             174      office or a state employee while acting within the scope of his employment;]
             175          (i) a government officer

             176      perform lobbying   } ;
