7 LONG TITLE
8 General Description:
9 This bill addresses the provision of utility services to mobile home park residents.
10 Highlighted Provisions:
11 This bill:
12 . provides that utility rate structures for mobile home park residents may not exceed
13 charges to other residential customers; and
14 . requires a mobile home park to disclose utility rates to mobile home park residents.

23 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
24 Section 1. Section 57-16-10 is repealed and reenacted to read:
25 57-16-10. Utility rates for mobile home parks -- Disclosure of charges.
26 (1) Local water, sewer, and sanitation entities shall establish a basic rate structure for
27 mobile home park residents that may not exceed those charged to other residential customers.

28 (2) A mobile home park shall disclose to mobile home park residents the basic rate
29 structure charged by local water, sewer, and sanitation entities for utility services.
