7 LONG TITLE
8 General Description:
9 This bill makes technical and clarifying amendments to child support orders.
10 Highlighted Provisions:
11 This bill:
12 . clarifies that certain child support tables shall be used for a modification of final
13 orders made on or before December 31, 2009; and
14 . provides that other child support tables shall be used to:
15 . modify temporary orders established on or before December 31, 2007, if the
16 new order is entered on or after January 1, 2008; or
17 . modify a final order entered on or before December 31, 2007, if the
18 modification is made on or after January 1, 2010.

- 2 - 28 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
29 Section 1. Section 78B-12-301 is amended to read:
30 78B-12-301. Base combined child support obligation table -- Both parents.
31 (1) If a child support order is established or modified on or before December 31, 2007,
32 the table in this Subsection (1) shall be used for a modification of a final order to that order
33 made on or before December 31, 2009.
