10 General Description:
11 This bill enacts a provision relating to the powers of the Division of Parks and
12 Recreation.

25 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
26 Section 1. Section 63-11-67 is enacted to read:
27 63-11-67. Support of a nonprofit corporation or foundation.
28 The division may provide administrative support to a nonprofit corporation or
29 foundation that assists the board and the division in attaining the objectives outlined in the

30 strategic or operational plan.
