9 General Description:
10 This joint resolution of the Legislature approves the appointment of Jonathan C. Ball as
11 the Legislative Fiscal Analyst.

14 . approves the appointment of Jonathan C. Ball as Legislative Fiscal Analyst for a
15 six-year term.

19 Be it resolved by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
20 WHEREAS, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 36-12-7 , (1953), the Legislative
21 Management Committee upon recommendation of its Budget Subcommittee, has recommended
22 the appointment of Mr. Jonathan C. Ball as Legislative Fiscal Analyst for the Utah Legislature;
23 and
24 WHEREAS, the appointment of Mr. Jonathan C. Ball in this position for a term of office
25 of six years commencing July 17, 2007, is subject to further approval of a majority vote of both
26 the House of Representatives and the Senate:
27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Legislature of the state of Utah that
28 the appointment of Mr. Jonathan C. Ball as Legislative Fiscal Analyst for the Utah Legislature
29 be approved for a six-year term of office commencing July 17, 2007.
