    The Political Subdivisions Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 116, FLUORINE IN A PRIVATELY OWNED WATER SYSTEM, by Representative S. Andersen, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Lines 67 through 69 :    

             67          (b) A vote of the corporation's shareholders required by Subsection (7)(a) does not
