    The Judiciary, Law Enforcement, and Criminal Justice Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 152, FUND FROM IMPAIRED AND DRUG RELATED VIOLATIONS, by Representative C. Herrod, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Lines 48 through 53

             48          (4) Any insurer

  and its insured       paying a claim arising out of the wrongful death of a person, including

             49      a minor, including but not limited to claims for uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage as
             50      provided in Section 31A-22-305 , to a presumptive personal representative upon presentation of
             51      an affidavit as described in Subsection (2)
