    The Health and Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 303, PHOSPHORUS LIMIT IN DISHWASHING DETERGENT, by Representative C. Johnson, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Lines 31 through 33 :    

             31      dishwashing detergent that contains 0.5 % or more phosphorus by weight on or after

{   :

             32          (a) July 1, 2009, in a county of the first or second class; and
             33          (b) July 1, 2011, in any county in the state.   }
  July 1, 2010.
