    The Workforce Services and Community and Economic Development Committee recommends H.B. 336, AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH STATE NONPROFIT CORPORATION AND REFUGEE SERVICES FUND, by Representative C. Herrod, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. H.B. 336, AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH REFUGEE SERVICES FUND, and further recommends that it be considered read for the first and second time due to the substantial change to the short title.
